Top Uses

Always follow recommended dilution when applying.
DO NOT take internally.

• Diffuse Manuka essential oil during meditation to center oneself
• Dispense 2-3 drops on a terra cotta plate and breathe in deeply before bedtime
• Add 1–2 drops of Manuka to your favorite cleanser or toner to maintain the appearance of a smooth, clear complexion
• Massage Manuka essential oil diluted with your favorite carrier oil into joints and muscles
• Apply 2-3 drops to shampoo or conditioner to maintain a healthy scalp
• Diffuse or apply Manuka essential oil to your chest to assist with occasional seasonal or environmental threats
• Manuka essential oil may be used on skin to treat mild acne
• May assist with restoring balance to the skin on feet as well as toenails and fingernails.
