I am a huge fan of this quick and easy way to give someone an essential oil experience. It is our passion to get oils on people and it also gives that added benefit of physical touch. 👏 This is an especially wonderful gift to give perhaps your parents or the elderly as physical touch is something they are missing.
 
The AromaTouch Hand Technique comprises five different movements. These five movements are used to establish relaxation and absorption of the essential oil. The technique takes between 5 and 10 minutes or 2 to 5 minutes for each hand. The technique is simple but it can make a large impact due to the human connection that is formed.
