Did you know that women lose about 2% of their bone density every year after hitting their mid-30s?
This continues for a few years following menopause. Men aren’t exempt from losing bone density, it’s just at a slower rate than their female counterparts. 👉What can we do to support our bones?
When do I need to start using this? The answer is now. 🚨 If you aren’t actively working out, have had children (pregnancy leaches calcium from our bones), or not eating enough food with calcium (dairy, dark leafy greens, etc.) ...you should be taking a bone supplement. Do you already take a bone supplement, or do you need to start?
