Make Roller Blends With the Kids

​Okay...let’s shift from intimacy in the bedroom to a simple intimacy with your kiddos!
 
Over the next couple of days we are going to talk about some intimacy building activities between yourself and your children!

A great way to bond with them is to invite them to make some custom roller blends alongside you.
 
👉 Have them choose oils that they feel drawn to and just have fun with it! We know the sense of smell has a significant impact on our memories. When they make their own recipes they are creating memories with you as well as having the roller bottles to support them. It’s small moments like this that can actually make a big memory for your littles.
