Q: Will BOGOs last all week?
A: Absolutely! This time, all BOGO deals will be happening from June 19th to June 23rd, while supplies last.

Q: Can I save a BOGO to process with a scheduled loyalty order?
A: Unfortunately, BOGO deals won't save to Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) templates. If you save the BOGO deal to process later, the free item won't be included. Your loyalty order must process on the day of the deal to qualify for the free item. Don't miss out! 

Q: Can I use points to buy BOGO products?
A: Points can't be used for BOGO promotions. However, there are still incredible savings to be had during our BOGO deals! 

Q: How do I know if my order was processed correctly?
A: You will get an order confirmation email sent to the email address listed on your dōTERRA account. If you do not receive one, please contact dōTERRA directly to make sure you don’t miss out on these deals.

Q: Do the BOGO products qualify to earn Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) and Shipping Rewards Program (SRP) points?
A: Absolutely! Normal rules apply. To receive LRP points, loyalty orders must be 50 PV or more. Free items don't contribute to PV, but don't worry, you can still earn points on the rest of your order. And remember, orders qualify for SRP points based on normal qualifications.
