Happy New Year!
I know almost everyone is busy making resolutions and setting goals for 2023. I'm willing to bet that many of you have plans to become healthier in the next year. It's typically one of the top resolutions made each year, and for good reason. A lot of us are striving to not only look better, but to also feel better. You should! You absolutely deserve to FEEL your BEST, and to have a healthy body!
So, what's the game plan? Do you have your workout schedule set? Have you made your meal plan yet? What about supplements?
Look - if you haven't thought about supplements since you took your last Flintstones vitamin, we really need to talk...
Chances are, your body is not getting enough of what it needs on a daily basis to run at optimal levels. And, if you have chosen a diet that restricts or excludes certain foods, it may be even more important that you add supplements to your daily routine.
This month, we're going to cover a wide range of available supplements and how they may or may not benefit your lifestyle. We'll cover how to take them, when to take them, and why to take them. I want you to feel empowered to meet your resolutions and goals, and I know that this month's topic can help you. Each day, we'll cover something new, so check back in to learn more.
Oh! One more super important quick thing before you head off...
Not all supplements are created equal. I think it's more than obvious at this point that I love dōTERRA, but one of the many things that made me fall in love with them is that they were really intentional in creating supplement products that were bioavailable.
What the heck does that even mean?? Not everything you consume is able to be completely utilized by the body (think corn). There are supplements on the market that are not designed in a way that your body can completely absorb the nutrients and therefore, they pass right through you. Pardon my crude statement, but you actually end up pissing your money away.
Every dōTERRA supplement is thoroughly researched, tested, and tried to ensure that you get what you pay for - and absorb it, too!
